They get pampered and de-stressed (yes, even in their regular work attire), learn relaxation strategies, and return to work in a refreshed frame of mind. All you provide is the room and chairs.

Here’s how it works:

Set your event: choose a date, location and the increments and time slots that will work best for your team. The spa treatments may be scheduled in 15, 30 or 45-minute time slots, and you may schedule up to 8 team members at a time for each slot. Schedule them during lunch, before or after team work sessions, or during business hours.
Then call us to make sure your date is available. Success Hint: For best chances of getting your date and time, try to call 2-3 weeks ahead.
Spread the word: We’ll send you an e-mail that you can use to get the word out (or print and deliver) to attendees, including a sign-up sheet already set up in the increments you’ve requested. We’ll also send you a pdf of a flyer you can post on employee bulletin boards.
Relax into the spa experience: we’ll set up the room, provide relaxing spa music, help everyone find a seat, get them started on their spa treatments and demonstrate how to use them, provide a hand massage and introduce the famous scalp-tingler.
We’ll share some laughs and camaraderie… muscle relaxation, deep breathing… and then everyone will get to escape in their own private visualization, feeling weeks and months of stress slip away.
When the R&R finally comes to an end, we’ll explain what we’ve used and show you how to purchase them. No work, no effort, no hassles… just stress-melting relaxation for you and your team.
